1. What is the best way to contact you?

Please send an email to Support@CateyesEyeCandyCollection.com and you will receive a response within 24-48 hours. Usually less than 24 hours.

 

2. When will I receive my order?

All orders when be shipped out the next business day. No shipping on Saturdays or national holidays.

 

3. When will I receive my Pre-Order?

All U.S. Pre-Orders will be shipped in 2-4 business days using USPS Priority Mail.

International shipping may take 7-10 business days.

Processing before your item/items are shipped can take up to 10 business days. Each product will show the approximate time frame. Usual processing is 5-7 or 7-10 business days. However, some orders may take up to 14 business days to complete.

 

5. Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes. We ship orders worldwide.

 

5. Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes. FREE USPS Priority shipping is offered to ALL orders shipping to the United States.

International customers receive FREE shipping with ANY purchase. It may take up to 7-10 business days after processing for your item(s) to be delivered.

Due to Covid-19, you may experience some delays. 

 

6. Do you have gift certificates available?

Yes. Gift certificates can be purchased between the amounts of $100-$1000.

 

7. Do you offer discounts when buying in bulk?

Yes. We only offer bulk discounts for CEC Signature Handbags™ at this time.

8. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive it in your inbox.

You may also send an email to Support@CateyesEyeCandyCollection.com using the email we have on file for you.

 

9. Are your products made in the USA?

Yes.

 

10. What is your return/exchange policy?

All items from Cateyes EyeCandy Collection™ are Made-to-Order using raw materials.

There are no refunds and no exchanges for CEC Signature Handbags™. Please be sure about your handbag purchase(s) prior to checking out😊

EXCHANGES ONLY for clothing and heels within 14 days of purchase. No Refunds. All tags and packaging must be in place and in GOOD condition.

Clothing pieces must be free of odors such as perfume, deodorant, sprays, food smells, cigarette smoke and/or any other smoke, as well as body odors. No tears, no rips, no snags, no discoloration. No damaged seams, zippers or necklines. 

High heels must not be worn at the soles. Any detection of worn clothing or heels, an exchange will not be granted.
